From shaping intuitive user interfaces to building reliable backend systems, he focuses on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

Aditya brings over 15 years of experience in technical support, communications, and client relationship management, having built robust customer experience (CX) processes that enable seamless onboarding and proactive success management. At Quintype, he spearheaded the creation and scaling of the Customer Experience team, encompassing Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success.
